Axentrio helps customers understand your products, services and how you work. You find conversations and customer enquiries in one place. With Pro, your assistant also helps arrange appointments in your calendar. You can take over a conversation at any time.
How do customers contact my assistant?+
Customers write through your website, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp Business. All those messages arrive in your central Axentrio inbox, where you can read and reply to them. With a paid plan, your digital assistant also helps handle questions. Channel requirements and any external charges are explained when connecting.
Can I keep using my central inbox with a free account?+
Yes. After your paid subscription, your account, settings and central inbox remain free through the website, including in your phone’s browser. Messages from connected channels keep arriving in one place. You can read them, reply yourself and export them as text files. The digital assistant, customer enquiry overview and export are part of a paid plan. Conversations are normally kept for 12 months after the last message.
Which calendar can I connect?+
With Pro, choose one Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar per assistant. Your assistant uses busy times in that calendar to suggest suitable appointments. Choose the calendar where you manage your availability. Other personal or staff calendars are not connected automatically. Teams appointments require a suitable Microsoft business account.
How does the trial work?+
Explore Pro for 14 days with a total of 1,000 replies from the digital assistant. You add your payment details when you start. After the trial, Pro continues automatically at €149.99 per month excluding VAT. You receive reminders in advance and can change or cancel your subscription in the platform. Each reply to a customer message counts towards the trial allowance; your own manual messages stay outside that total. At 1,000 replies, the assistant pauses for the rest of the trial. The first paid month begins on the scheduled trial end date.
